| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 23, 2008 The hops are the first thing you taste, but after the first few sips the rest of the flavors come through. It is a bitter finish, but there is still something satisfying about it that makes it worth finishing. dcb13 (10), Saint Marys, Georgia, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 15/20 | May 19, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pours a clear orange body with small white head. The hops in the aroma are very faint. The taste is different - smooth but with a dry, bitter finish. I guess this is an accurate quality of this style, I’m just not a big fan personally. | 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | May 18, 2008 Simply amazing. Granted this is not the most complex beer I’ve had, but the simple fact this beer is representative of it’s class in what I expect, it remains refined and simple, and perfect in all categories. It’s aroma is full of hop, making you believe your in for a mouthful of hops. The color is a great coppery color, with a nice finger width head. Then when you try it your like ooh! That’s hopped, but delicious, not overbearing, with some nice moderate malt, not to sweet. It’s very smooth, with nice carbonation, and perfected match of dryness, hop, and finish.
