Has a floral aroma with a great balance of hops. Has a great finish and goes well with almost any food. Highly recommended. JonnyC22 (164), Huntsville, Alabama, USA

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Jan 28, 2008 Updated: Jun 27, 2008Wow It’s been a while since I had a great beer and this is one of them. It pours dark yellowish orange with that orange tint. There is a lot of head that is thick and foamy and frothy good. The head last half the glass. The aroma is complex and noticeably hoppy, with just a hint of spice and malt and some kind of nut like pecan or something. I expected the flavor to blow me away due to the strong aroma but its appropriately tamed. The flavor is moderately strong bitter with a weak malt, nut finish. It’s good. It tastes like an English strong ale that went heavy on the hops. paco (204), Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada

Also got some earthy malts. Flavor is about the same but more hoppy, which i liked. Very good, I’ll drink this again. troopie (903), USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 23, 2008 Bottle. Moderate, rocky white head, golden amber body, some lacing. Sticky hop aroma- peaches, apricot, mild pine- and dustiness. Flavor has sweet malt, toasted toffee, well-balanced by a sharply bitter, floral resinous hop presence. Some vinuousness and honey in the flavor, as well. Mouthfeel is lively with carbonation and sharp hop oil.
