A faint but refreshing nose of green apples and american hops. Taste is bitter - not much else is present save for a acidic note. Finish is a bit too dry and faint. A descent brew, served cool in the summer.

Bottle. Poured with a large, frothy white head, with good lacing. Body was slightly hazy, and a dark-yellow color. Aroma was of average hops, with a light presence of alcohol as well. Mouthfeel was light-bodied and fairly thin, with a little oiliness to it. Soft carbonation and a bitter finish. Flavor was long-lasting of moderate bitterness and some nice citrus flavors, with a very dry finish. Slight taste of alcohol in there as well. Overall a very nice APA that is quite bitter, but enjoyable.

12 oz Bottle: Nose is lightly hoppy with some yeast and breadiness. Pours a dark gold with a thin wight head that sticks around. Flavor is first hoppy and zesty, with some citrus in the background. The flavor is well balanced and this beer is easy to drink. Hops remain on the palate long after swallowing. Well executed.

bottle, donated by Allen! Hazy amber colour with a very persistent white head. Lots of citrus hops in the nose. Full-bodied, solid and intensive malty base with lots of lovely citrusy hop flavours. Fruity character, hints of lemon, lime and orange marmalade. Delicious. Vielen Dank, Allen!

Pours amber with a white fizzy head. Nose is fruity. Taste balances malt and fruit with a nice level of hop bitterness; there is a spicy quality. Body is light. Overall, this is a delightful American Pale Ale, simple yet memorable.

650ml bottle from the LCBO. Pours a dark gold with a thick white head that lasted the entire glass and left lots of lacing. Nice hop forward flavour, light carbonation and pleasant bitter finish. Very nice beer indeed.
