Sweet hop malt aroma with fruit. Dark brown clear colour with fair head and lacing. Bitter malt hop flavour with sweet fruit aftertaste. Fizzy palate.

Bottle. Dark reddish beer with nice tan head. Taste is spicy and very christmas like - but just not that much to my liking.

MN Winter Get Together, 2006; 2000 Vintage: Murky brown color with no head. Slight piney aroma with cloves rounding it out. Very similar to other OSA vintages. The taste is the typical mulling spices of cinnamon and cloves, though I couldn’t pick up allspice in this one. Good malt base.

2000. A dark brown beer. Medium bitter hops in the aroma and flavor. Lightly spiced with a flavor of sweet malt and light fruit. This beer aged very well.

2000 vintage. Bready yeast aroma with a spice I can’t readily identify. The body was a bit thin, and the flavour profile seemed a bit subdued. It was pleasent, but a little dissapointing.

Thanks to Chuck for a sample. Has a nice, deep chocolatey aroma. Decent deep brown color witha tan head. Kind of light on flavor. Light, watery body. Overall, it’s OK, but not something I was impressed with

2000 bottle shared with Poperinge. Five years may be past its prime. Still looked nice in the glass. Aroma of pine. Flavour is a bit toward the mediciny side. The pine is still strong but the other expected flavours seem to have beed aged out.
