The flavor is sweet with notes of spruce and ginger. The flavors really brings back memories of Christmas - but they are rather weird to have in a beer. slightly sweet chocolate malt aroma, still a very nice spice character well blended with rich chocolate malt, the best mix of mellowed spices with the malt of a 98-05 lineup
