Ungstrup (15430), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Nov 3, 2006 A pitch black beer with a huge brown head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of herbs and spruce. The flavor is very sweet, but very soon a very strong spicy note hits you, at first with a herbal note, which in time is over ruled by a note of spruce, which leads to a dry bitter end, out of which grows notes of oranges and cloves. I find the body a bit thin. PilsnerPeter (2667), Flushing, New York, USA

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Sep 15, 2006 Not like what the 2003 was at all. The body is much lighter. Not as much winter spices. More malt than the year before. This beer is not as much as a standout.
