A very good wheat beer, big wheat and malt nose upon resting, decent hop bite, very refreshing.

I love this stuff. My local 19th hole got this as a mistake many years ago and I went back every night to get more. I am so bummed that Anchor is no longer producing this one as it is one of the best American-brewed Hefeweizens I’ve ever had. Good hearty flavor, rich texture, even better with a slice of orange floating on top.

A wonderfully crisp, refreshing wheat ale that draws upon many of the fine qualities of a pilsner, while adding a subtle ale character. Wheat malt, subtle lemon and apple fruitiness as well as a little honey precede a great crisp dry finish. It looks great too with impressive carbonation, clear filtered body and solid white foam. A quintessential summer brew.

Is this a wheat beer? Tastes pretty good, but I wouldn’t try it again. Good summer drinking beer, but not enough flavor for me.

Quick floral nose, yellow fizz w/ good head retention, bitter fairly dry, clean but not crisp.

Soft nose of grain and mild citrus. Slight DMS, clean quaffing brew. Nice hot weather brew.

Thin and only slightly hazy, this highly carbonated beer is light on the palate, a bit lemony, and very refreshing. I usually prefer the thicker, heartier American wheats, but this is a nice changeup, light on everything including alcohol.

Nice wheat beer. An americanized version of the bavarian original. It’s ok. Is clean, with decent body and finish. Just like the bavarians much better. standard appearance. Having this on draft at Bodega Brew Pub, downtown La Crosse, WI.
