Draught at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Cloudy amber minimal head. Estery banana aroma with cloves and red berreis. Restrained malt sweetness, soft spritzy mouthfeel. Medium bodied and lightly fruity. Keeps restrained, well balanced and in perfect control. Has all you can ask of a hefeweizen.

(Bottle 50 cl) Very pretty yellowish golden, cloudy wit a typical tall and frothy head. Very full-bodied and fruity with a long, smooth aftertaste. A top class Hefe. 030900

Århus2008. 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a creamy white head. Aroma is dry wheaty with a solid phenol note. Flavour starts mild sweet and mild spiced. Following this a more dry note appears. Ends with a light dry phenol wheat flavour.
