Two bottles shared with blankboy, HogTownHarry, jerc, mabel & tupalev - courtesy of HogTownHarry & blankboy. Deep orange with a small off-white head. Solidly hopped aroma and flavour - lots of orange zest, a bit of pine resin - with just enough malt to keep it under control. Long, well-bittered finish. Medium bodied. Quite enjoyable.

Pours an amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is of citrus and pine hops and caramel malts. Flavor is pretty strong of the citrus and pine hops. Finishes bitter with a lingering flavor. Wasn’t quite as strong as I was hoping.

22oz Bottle: Pours an orange color with a small light tan head that mostly disappears. The aroma is definitely on the sweeter citrus side with mostly ripe orange coming through. The flavor is more malty than I expected with a hint of pine and citrus coming through again. The mouth feel is medium with a hint of lingering bitterness. Overall this is a well balanced beer as many have said but for an IIPA I would hope for a bigger hop profile.

2008-07-11. Orange amber body with a modest off-white head. (3+) Decent amount of hops in the aroma, clementines, citrus seeds. (7+) Pleasant hoppy bitterness throughout, light resin and a melange of mild citrus flavours. (7+) Smooth average palate. Quite drinkable, rather pleasant. Still, I’d like a bit more oomph to the citrus and hops to take it up a notch. Bottle shared by Blankboy and HogTownHarry

Amber with a nice off white head. Aroma is a very floral and piney hoppiness, light soapiness and maltiness. Taste is a light hoppiness (floral, citrus) with a nice caramel sweetness to it also. I really easy drinking IIPA.

Bomber courtesy of DarkElf. Pours copper with an off white head. Smells of citrus, dough, some sweet malt. Tastes of pepper, earth, citrus, some resiny hints. Nicely crafted and a brew that seems to blend malt and hops well.

Shared with MaltOMeal and thickfreakness. Rich golden color with no real head. Nose of oranges, mangos and spicy, piney hops. Flavor has nice bitterness that’s bit stronger than the malt flavors. Palate is a bit harsh and the finish is a bit pithy. Starts great, finishes a bit dry and astringent.

Bottle (220z x2). Shared by me and blankboy with gregclow, jerc, mabel & tupalev. Bright, fairly clear orange pour, small frothy off-white head. Sweet aroma of orange zest and dry resiny bitter hops, leafy and slightly boozy. Taste - very very dryly bitter, crushed maple leaves in the finish. Average body, nice astringent bite, long bitter finish. Solid, not great.
