Bottle. A hazy golden amber color with a white head. A citrus, grapefruit, strong pine and caramel aroma. Intensely bitter with a liquid hop feel. Slightly sweet with a dry pine finish. Quite nice and full bodied with a good malt profile

I was pretty excited for this brew. With that stated, I was rather unimpressed. Aroma of light grapefruit, inky florals, and cat pee. Pours a nice golden amber color with a nice lasting head. . Flavors of some pretty sweet toffee and caramel, pine, inky florals, and more litter box - if it tastes like it smells. Something was odd here and it seemed a little out of whack. I know there was more malt than I usually like in my IIPA’s, but that was not it. Oh well.

Bottle: Golden orange color with a nice sandy head. Aroma is sweet and caramel filled with some citrus hops. Lots of sweetness in the flavor profile; plenty of caramel. The hops are not playing much of a prominent role. Thanks to Buckdich for sharing this anniv. ale treat.

Tried this at the PP Bottle Shop while tasting with wetherel and Sean. Hazy golden color and some white bubblies, with a powerful floral aroma with grapefruit citrus and pine. Good balance with the malt character; the resiny hops stay at the front at all times. Almost tastes like dry-hopped. Plenty of carbonation in the finish, with a lingering green character. Overall pretty enjoyable.

Pretty good stuff. Strong and hoppy and agressive. Maybe I would’ve liked it a bit more if I didn’t already have a slight headache when I began the beer. And this beer certainly didn’t help it.

Bottle: Copper bronze, thick white head and nice white lacing. Nose of amarillo and chinook, sharp bitter rind and melon notes along with....cheddar? Flavor is sweet, plenty of malt, light bitterness and a cloying mouthfeel. Piney finish. Decent, too sweet though.

Bottle, Merritt Is Throwdown. Warm gold color. Smells like eucalyptus and freshly mowed lawn, tastes like fallen leaves in the forest.

22 oz bomber. Aroma had a hint of wheatiness and malt. Decent hoppy flavor that was maltier than it was citrusy. Not very intense for a Imperial IPA but solid.
