Oh another great anderson valley brew. Pours with a frothy head that slowly goes down. Appearance is red brown with a little cloud to it. Mouthfeel is beyond smooth, there is no bitter aftertaste just a nice sweet carmel flavor. A super smooth brew that is always enjoyable.

I like Anderson Valley beers, and Boont is kinda like a staple. It’s got a somewhat sweet maltiness to it, and the hops are mildly fruity. Overall a good beer, but I don’t think it really shines in any particular area.

Brown Amber Coloring With Light Sandy Head. Rich Caramel Malt Aroma. Light Grainy Background, Sweet Caramel Notes...Bitter Piney’ness to the Aftertaste. A Nice Amber, But There’s a Bit of a Twange There That Would Stop Me from Regularly Drinking This.

Bottle. Slightly unclear, copper-colored amber with a beige head. Hops, stock, malt and caramel makes the slightly sweet aroma. The flavor is fruity and hoppy, with pine-cones and maltyness. The finish as well is hoppy, on a weaker malty background. The full-bodied beer falls into the category "I like it!". (070119)

12 oz bottle. Clear reddish body with a dense, light-beige head. Aroma is malty with a hint of caramel. Very pleasant and harmonic flavor of malt, sweetness and a well balanced bitterness. Very nice but not extraordinary.

Bottled. Creamy amber pour with little head and no real lacing but the aroma is nice and on the carmel side. Flavor is a mild balance typical of amber ales. there is a good creamy texture to this and a bright finish.

Way better then expected. Poured an amber color with okay head and lacing. Aroma was a little floral some malts. Flavor was a nice balance of malts and hops some spices in there as well. Mouthfeel was average. Good amber.
