Strong malty tones. Smooth and delicious. I always enjoy this one when I'm in California. smoosh (523), New Albany, Indiana, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 12, 2004 Another very easily drinkable beer. Nicely bittered and balanced. Nothing over the top. Perhaps a bit on the high end in price to be an every day beer, but other than that (and no longer being available here) I could see drinking this by the case.
