Bottle. Pours an amber color with a white head. Has a malty and floral hopy aroma. Sweet malty hoppy flavor with some hints of grapefruit. Malty finish with a long bitter hoppy aftertaste.

I’ve got the BOONT bottle as well. A tasty treat. Pours medium amber color with healthy carb amount. A gold medal winner for its balance of hoppyness and ambrosia sweetness. I taste the cookies too. Good call Michael Pollack of PA, go Eagles.

12oz. Bottle: Medium sweet aroma is malty and bready. Poured golden with a hint of amber. Small off-white head diminished. Good lacing. Clear but still lightly hazy and sparkling. Flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes largely of malts, with notes of cookie, bread, dough, and a little nut. Bitterness really comes in the finish and aftertaste. Medium body. Average carbonation. Lasting bitter finish. Overall, not a very bitter ESB. Well balanced, just not bitter.

bottle poured as ’boont esb". I like this one a lot. It is a bit watery on the palate and the flavor disappears pretty quickly. However, It looks great and has a nice bite when it hits the front of your tongue. It might not be a crowd favorite around my house but I dig it.

Great brew.. A nice orange copper color with a strong lasting head with just enough lacing to give a nice visual appeal. Starts off hoppy and finishes plenty roasty with enough malt to go around. A solid contender.

Bottled (as Boont ESB). Orange golden colour with longlasting white head. Aroma is hops, caramel and some kind of yeastyishness. Flavour is fruity and flowery hops mainly. The finish gets dominated by flowery hops and yeast. Wellbalanced, but at the same time a quite thin brew. Long grassy and yeasty aftertaste.

Bottled as "Boont ESB".
Pale amber color, good steady, creamy white head. Citrus, hops, pineapple in the nose. Citric, lemony, yeasty flavor. Very acidy hoppy, dry aftertaste lingering in the mouth.
