Bomber. What a friggin pour on this beer. I don’t really know what the difference between a 4 and 5 on appearance but I’m guessin this is what it looks like. Hazy golden/amber body with a good amount of tiny bubbles. HUGE, about 3 inch rocky, creamy, biege head. Not the best aroma. Metal with some floral and caramel scents. Nice caramel and hoppy flavor. Not an overpowering bitterness taste, just right. Sweet, warm finish. Different from other bitters I’ve tried but very tasty.

Pours deep amber into a shaker. Honey and pine aromas. Creamy and full with constant lacing. Long-lasting, well-balanced caramel and bitter hop finish.

Heavey earthy, sweet, bitter hops. Orange hazy body, with a generous silky head. Wasn’t quite in the mood for an ESB at the time so I will rate this one again at another time.

Bomber poured a hazy copper with a small lasting off white head. Aromas of carmel, earthy hops, pine and some grassy notes. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of cereal, carmel, hints of citrus and some earthiness with a smooth bittersweet finish.

12 oz Bottle: A good looking beer. Pours a nice orange-golden-copper-brown color with a nice hazy lacing below a nice off white tan head. Looks great. Smells lemony pine with some grass and hoppy atomas as well. The flavor is suprisingly strong and doesn’t have a lot of the same characteristics as the aroma. Rather bitter and sour. Pretty bold overall and a bitter finish.

poured copper with a slize sizzle haze, tan off white flimsy head that flocked first then dulled within a few minutes. slightly sponge ridden nose resiny hops. more of the same pushes the taste senses biscuit toffee bitterness that follows through. a definate hop character in the end. now, i think we got everything mixed up. because this is how a bitter should probably taste, in england though they arent really that bitter or bold. our ipa’s are much more bold and arent suppose to be. maybe we should change all those ipa to esb and double esb. make sense!!
