Slightly hazed light amber color with a rocky cream colored head. Clean malt and hops aromas with a hint of english stone. Initial quaff yields what seem to be a sharp version. Smooth malt sweetness leads, but a sharp citric hops flavor takes over and drives this one home. Malt does show up very late in the aftertaste, too late for a true ESB.

This is a yummy bitter! Liberal amounts of hops and a full body to match, very well balanced. The lacing was incredible and this just kept me coming back for more. Now if only their other beers showed this much thought.

Nice flavorful beer. Beautiful amber color with large white, slightly rocky head. Malty, fruity aroma with grapefruit and hint of vanilla. Sweet malty flavor with burly hops to balance and a bitter finish. Medium body, smooth easy texture and light carbonation. Another fine, easy drinking ale from Anderson Valley.

Poured an orangish color with a large white head. Sweet and citrus with a slight yeasty aroma. Mildly bitter, citrusy, hoppy flavor. It seemed slightly bland.

Floral, lightly fruity and citrusy aroma, some toasty malt sweetness and faint caramel. Medium golden-amber color, completely subsiding head. Flavor profile pairs toasty barley malt sweetness with a heavy-handed dosage of juicy, spicy, fruity hop. Finish is quite bitter, moderately astringent and acidic. Balanced well. Medium-full bodied, palate is rather wet. Above average ESB, if a little basic.

Clear gold/orange with a medium white creamy rocky head. Cascade hops, very crisp and fresh, orange peel and soap as you are washing your car. Nice bitterness, grapefruit aftertaste.

Amber body. Sweet butter toffee and slightly hopped aroma. Starts smooth and malty and finishes up with a nice biterness.
