Commercial Description:
The brewers of Anderson Valley had to conjure the High Priestess of Fermentation to help them formulate and create this rare hand-crafted elixer. It is luxuriant, smooth, more that a little wild, and at 10% alcohol, it's bound to raise your spirits. Open the Bottle and greet the High Priestess. You are worthy.

Bomber. Damn wax around the cap was troublesome. Poured thick and gold with a medium white head. Aroma of spices, yeast, hops, and berries. Flavor is spicy, sugary, malty, with fruitiness. Warming alcohol. Not bad.

22oz bottle-pours an off white head and amber/gold color. Aroma is sweet medium malt overtaken by herbal/spice-clove. Taste is lots of (too much) herbal/spice-clove, some yeast, sweet medium malt, fruit. Thanks decaturstevo for sharing this one.

Pour is an orange with a small white head. Aroma is spicy with some brown sugar. Flavor is a bit of sweet fruit with some candi sugar and honey. Finish leaves a bit of the spice on the tounge. Everything is there that you would look for in a triple but very muted and minor. A decent beer but deffinatly not a great triple.

Sparkling orange, thin fizzy white head. Nose held notes of spiced candied orange peel with underlying hints of honey. Sweet spiced honey flavors round to a dried citrus finish. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. For a usually good brewer, this one is quite the weak one..

Bomber, poured in tulip glasses. A dark clear honey color with no real head. Aroma is very light. Nice sweet flavor, apples and pears, with a straightforward yeasty finish. Overall sweet flavor, quite drinkable but a bit one-dimensional for the style. The wife gives a higher rating on this one than I do--the score here is balanced out between us.

22oz bottle. Poured golden-amber with nearly no head and much more clarity than I expect in a triple. Nose and taste of apples and light spices, an initial hint of sourness. No high marks for complexity, but not a bad beer for the dosh.
