Commercial Description:
The brewers of Anderson Valley had to conjure the High Priestess of Fermentation to help them formulate and create this rare hand-crafted elixer. It is luxuriant, smooth, more that a little wild, and at 10% alcohol, it's bound to raise your spirits. Open the Bottle and greet the High Priestess. You are worthy.

Pours clear orange with a small head. Aroma is bready with a hint of spices. Has a bready and sweet taste with strong alcohol, and a bit fizzy on the mouthfeel. Good overall, but I’ve had better triples.

This stuff is amazing! I hate the %&#@! plastic crap you have to carve off to get to the brew, but once you do - it makes it all worth it! The spices really work with the triple fermentation - they balance out to make a beer that you want more and more of. I do not like the double - something must have happened from double to triple on this batch.

650 ml bottle from Bevmo. Clear golden amber with a fizzy white head. Aroma of apple, over-ripe fruit, and yeast. It has an overall earthy taste with notes of caramel apple, alcohol, and bread.

Bomber poured a clear golden amber with a small lingering ivory head. Aromas of carmel, fruitiness and spice. Palate was medium bodied, smooth and slightly syrupy. Flavors of carmel, tropical fruit, pear, spice and pepper with a smooth lingering semisweet finish. Very noticable alcohol!

(bottle) Light orange body, slightly hazy with almost no head. Lots of alcohol in the nose along with a hint of sweet banana. Flavor is spicy sweet - sugar. Strong alcohol flavor all the way down but it maintains very strong sweetness. Medium bodied, sticky mouthfeel.
