Commercial Description:
The brewers of Anderson Valley had to conjure the High Priestess of Fermentation to help them formulate and create this rare hand-crafted elixer. It is luxuriant, smooth, more that a little wild, and at 10% alcohol, it's bound to raise your spirits. Open the Bottle and greet the High Priestess. You are worthy.

Interesting, sweet caramel apple smell. Dark red, bubbly, almost no head. Slightly sweet taste. Some apple and some bitterness. It tastes like the low end of an esb. light carbonation, watery. Interesting beer.

750 ml bottle. Golden color with decent white head. Aromas were very sweet. Some pepper and bright fruits. Flavors were just as fruity. Finished sweeter than dry, and some definite alcohol on the finish as well. Petty decent

This pours a deep golden body with a short-lived slender white head. It has a sweet aroma of pale malts with appples and pears. It feels thick and slightly oily in the mouth. The flavor is sweet and spiced with black pepper and herbs. Not complicated, but pretty tasty.

Draft in San diego. They switched the brew in theYard Pub. So I got this one for free after serving 2 Doubles of the same brewery. A nice beer to drink not as sweet as the double.

22 oz. bottle. Pous a clear, golden amber with almost no head. The aroma is a mildly fruity peach and apple with a little spice in there. The flavor is a bit more spicy along with some caramel and more fruitiness. Pleasant and easy to drink.
