Commercial Description:
The brewers of Anderson Valley had to conjure the High Priestess of Fermentation to help them formulate and create this rare hand-crafted elixer. It is luxuriant, smooth, more that a little wild, and at 10% alcohol, it's bound to raise your spirits. Open the Bottle and greet the High Priestess. You are worthy.

Clear amber color with relatively no head after 30 seconds. Aroma is mild of yeast, taste is a pleasant blend of spices, malt, fruity, and malt. Not a bad tripel, but not one to seek out.

Nice amber color, not much of a head, warming, somewhat of a triple flavor, but something was missing, it was ok, drinkable, but some flavor was missing.

Pours a light gold color. Thin white head that quickly disappears. Very little carbonation. Light fruit and belguim yeast aroma. Tastes of fruit, belguim yeast, and spices. Does a very good job of covering that 10% abv. Very warming, but a sub-par trippel. Good compared to some, but not great for the style.

Sweet aroma, with caramel hints. Orangey caramel color with a medium tan head that dissipates quickly. This one sticks around a bit. Lots of sweetness, with banana aftertaste. Almost no hoppiness to speak of.

This is missing something. Clear amber pour. No matter how hard I tried, I could not coax a head out of this beer. Aroma is spicy and malty, but weak. Taste was musty yeast, spice, and lots of alcohol. Thick mouthfeel with a sticky finish. Good, but there are much better tripels out there.

Bottle. Poured a golden color with a medium fizzy white head that mostly diminished with fair lacing. Moderate spicy citrus and alcohol aroma. Medium to full body with a slick texture and lively carbonation. Medium balanced flavor with a heavy bitter sweet alcohol finish of moderate duration. Interesting but not a standout brew.

Pours a cloudy orange with a thin head, I agree with others when they say there is little aroma from this beer, slightly spicy aftertaste, hides the alcohol well but overall a very average brew
