Commercial Description:
The brewers of Anderson Valley had to conjure the High Priestess of Fermentation to help them formulate and create this rare hand-crafted elixer. It is luxuriant, smooth, more that a little wild, and at 10% alcohol, it's bound to raise your spirits. Open the Bottle and greet the High Priestess. You are worthy.

Bottle as shown. Pours a clear orange golden with a small white head that diminishes rather quickly to nothing. The aroma is a sweet fruit with alcohol and spicy clove. Thick bodied with a sweet fruity malt taste with sugar and yeast with the alcohol very present. A good Abbey Tripel from Anderson Valley.

Tap @ EcoBrew Fest - Pours orange with a decent sixed off white head...aroma is fruity and yeasty, banana and pear, with some cinnamon and clove...flavour is a bit restrained, a fair amount going on, but still a bit thin on the end, sweet honey up front with some dough, chewy and a good feel...thought the alcohol was deccently hidden...

Creamy pear and apple aroma. Hazy amber, thin head. Candied pears with nutmeg. Medium body, no balance. Malty apple core finish. Alcohol is completely behind the scenes. Delightful.

Man!! This one jumps out of the bottle. Hits the mouth and the flavor explodes. Aside from the flavor, the appearance has a great brownish color and no foam when poured into a glass.

22oz. Bottle: Aroma of grains, slight yeast, slight butterscotch phenols, and a hint of alcohol. Poured orange/amber in color with a tiny, fizzy, off-white head that disappeared almost immediately. Clear. Lightly sparkling. Flavor is medium sweet. Tastes of Belgian yeast, sugar, slight alcohol, slight caramel, and pale malts. Medium body. Oily texture. Soft to average carbonation. Sweet, yeast and caramel finish. 10%ABV is well hidden.
