Commercial Description:
The brewers of Anderson Valley had to conjure the High Priestess of Fermentation to help them formulate and create this rare hand-crafted elixer. It is luxuriant, smooth, more that a little wild, and at 10% alcohol, it's bound to raise your spirits. Open the Bottle and greet the High Priestess. You are worthy.

An intensely strong abbey tripel. Nice aroma of dark malts and light peaches or other pitted fruits. Flavor is similar and the ABV is apparent throughout. This one packs a punch!

Clear copper pour thin tan head and light lace. Candy sugar and light spice on the nose. Really sweet flavor. Not cloying but about as close as you can get. Light spice and pepper.

22 oz bottle from redlight redlight. Fruity sweet aromas, candi, white grapes, star fruit, green figs, green raisons with light molasses in the nose. Pours golden blonde with a thin white head. Sweet malts, candi sugars. light fruits, slightly caramelized sugars, apricots, slightly grainy in the flavor. Finishes somewhat dry. Not bad.

good and tasty, but sweet and sugary all around - an American Triple; a lot is drowning by the sugars like a bully at the community pool who dunks kids - it should have some fun instead and swim around; well, anyway, it is smooth, tastes fine, and the alcohol sneaks right up on ya!

Pours clear copper with thin tan head. The aroma has multiple layers of sweetness coming from prunes, plums, some cherries and red apples to go along with a sense of black pepper. The taste is much the same with prunes, ripe red apples, cherries and ripe plums. It stays pretty much sweet prune – like midway and into the finish. It has a full thick flavor that becomes faintly peppery into the finish.

22oz. bottle. Aroma of fruit and sweet malts, with notes of honey, caramel, pineapple, white grape and mild yeast esters. Clear sunset orange in color, head is fine and lasting. Flavor is predominantly sweet and sugary, more honey and tropical fruits present here, mild spices and moderate bitterness, suggestions of lemon frosting along with a gentle alcohol undercurrent throughout. Relatively thin, very gently acidic, moderately carbonated mouthfeel, but with an appreciably full body. Very subtle and drinkable for a Tripel of this strength; mild but pleasant flavor profile.
