Commercial Description:
The brewers of Anderson Valley had to conjure the High Priestess of Fermentation to help them formulate and create this rare hand-crafted elixer. It is luxuriant, smooth, more that a little wild, and at 10% alcohol, it's bound to raise your spirits. Open the Bottle and greet the High Priestess. You are worthy.

Bottle. Clear copper pour, frothy white head, wet thick lacing. Bright fruity nose, cotton candy and licorice, some caramel and banana. Sweet dry flavors, banana and yeast, cotton candy and sweet berries. Medium-bodied, very drinkable. One of the better tripels I’ve had, as I’m not a huge fan of the style.

The aroma is about right for the style. It has yeast, malt, fruit, and bubble gum. The appearance is orange gold with an average head. The flavor is like the aroma and slightly spicy. The palate is smooth. Overall this is enjoyable.

22oz bottle from Total Wine (Tampa, FL). Pours a hazy dark amber color with a one finger white foamy head. Aroma is sweet and malty with notes of spice, apricots, ripe fresh fruit, bubble gum, candy sugar, some hints of caramel and honey. Flavor is sweet and malty with notes of caramel, honey, candy sugar, underripe pears, some hints of apples and apricot with a hint of booziness. Generally medium body with a sweet, malty finish.

First time I’ve tried anything like a tripel.
Sweet, honey, fruit, mild, malty. Slightly sour, smoky finish: Very interesting.
