Commercial Description:
The brewers of Anderson Valley had to conjure the High Priestess of Fermentation to help them formulate and create this rare hand-crafted elixer. It is luxuriant, smooth, more that a little wild, and at 10% alcohol, it's bound to raise your spirits. Open the Bottle and greet the High Priestess. You are worthy.

Bomber - Pours amber with little head. It just looks like a limp beer. There’s spice and yeast on the nose. Taste is pretty blah, with sweet malt and yeast, light spice, and sugary tones. Real light bodied with mild carbonation. I wish I pulled something else out of the fridge tonight.

Pours a dark honey tan, with a thick fluffy head, resilient with lacing. Some redfruit on aroma, belgian yeast, very flat on the nose. Flavor of sweet overripe redfruits, boozy warmth, with some fermented honey. Finishes tangy and warm on the palatte.

From a bomber, it pours as an even gold with just a hint of a head. A dash of spices, all pleasant, when taking a good whiff. An even, mild, fruity flavor fades to a slightly peppery finish. An above average triple that approaches but doesn’t surpass the Belgians.

Pours a nice cloudy orange amber with a nice white head that leaves quickly. THe nose is sweet candied fruit, alcohol and fennel. Sweet malty, yeasty flavor and the alcohol is well hidden. Nice warming finish.

Draft @ AVBC, Boonville, CA. Pours a light brown color with a small off-white head. Has a sweetish malty yeasty dark fruit aroma. Sweetish malty spicy yeasty flavor with some sugary hints. Has a warming sweetish malty spicy yeasty finish with some hints of dark fruit in the aftertaste.

Pours a golden-amber color. Typical yeasty belgian aroma. Sweet malty flavor with maybe a hint of spices. I’m not much of one for belgians so it’s no huge surprise that this one isn’t my favorite beer.
