Jul 30, 2005 Clear golden color with a foamy white head. Light wheat aroma, notes of fruit and mint are present, but subtle. Light bodied, some wheat and a light bitterness. Lacks any real character.

Jul 10, 2005 Bottle. Poured a see through golden yellow with a medium sized white head. The aroma was mostly wheat, I did not notice much fruit in the nose. Nice refreshing flavor, easy to drink. Tasted very different from a German hefeweizen, but I guess thats why its an American wheat.

Jun 27, 2005 Straw colored with medium, white head. Hopcit, wheat, and fruit in the nose. Tastes bready malty, with some wheat, fruit, and finishing clove and orange zest. Medium to light palate.

Jun 18, 2005 Poured a golden apricot color wtih 3 fingers of head that falls to 1 over the beer. The nose was of wheat malts, orange, caramel and hoppy grapefruit notes. The flavor starts with a nice grapefruit hop, that balances with the wheat malt. There are also hints of orange in the malt near the end. The feel was moderate to thick. The drinkability is obsceanly good. The flavor is complex. An American wheat with complexity? Say it aint so!!!

Jun 14, 2005 Bomber. Pours a bright golden yellow with a thick lasting white head that left nice lacing. Aroma was acidic and citrussy and a bit wheaty and malty with little to no fruit or spice (definitely an American wheat). Flavor was malty sweet and citrussy sour upfront and astringently dry in the finish. This beer needed no twist of lemon as it was acidic and citrussy enough. Body was surprisingly full for a wheat.

Jun 8, 2005 Aroma was yeasty like bread dough. Light gold color to the body with white head. Flavor was slightly bitter. It was a hot day outside so it wasn’t bad on the palate, decent cold beer.

Mar 19, 2005 Nose was lighter than expected - I wanted that pugent hefeweizen aroma, but didn’t quite get it. Pale gold color and a fluffy head. Sweet creamy wheat malt texture. Nice unfiltered body. Smooth and with a good balance. This is a like a cross between an American wheat and a German hefeweizen.
