Commercial Description:
Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

Aroma: Complex with prominent floral aroma, malt, piney and grassy notes. Appearance: Deep copper with white creamy head with thick lacing. The head persist providing a little head with every swallow. Flavor: The initial taste whacks you in the pallet with hoppy goodness, I could taste the hops. As the beer is drank the strong malt back bone surfaces, providing the canvass that showcases the American hops. Mouth feel: Full body with a bitter finish that leaves the impression of a crisper body Overall Impression: It’s the classic American IPA. Big hops with a strong malt back bone that compliment the other. This is beer that has a strong well balanced flavor, and drink-ability. I plan to try others beers from the brewery.

12 oz. bottle purchased at Central Market in Shoreline, WA. Pours a golden amber color with a foamy white head. Flavor: Grapefruit and pine, with strong hops that are not overpowering.

On tap at Mahars. Hop and grapefruit with a nice dryness. Very rich flavours, and a nice smooth mid-palate that I will chalk up to the "honey drenched malts". Very tasty, slow drinking IPA.

Bottle pours clear amber color with thick off white head. Head clings to the glass as you drink it. Aroma is lemony citrus hops. Medium mouthfeel. Flavor is more citrus hop flavor, some caramel (but oh, ever so slightly), and finishes with a hop bite. Nice IPA.

22oz bottle. Gold pour with a slight orange tint to it, decent white head with good lacing. Floral, a little citrusy in the nose as well. Good hoppy flavor, not too bitter and a little sticky, but very good nontheless.

6-pack from Total WIne, River Edge, NJ...bottle pours orange-amber, off-white head...not a huge aroma, but hints of citrus, hops, and malt...flavor is more apparent, hops, sweet citrus, earthy...decent, refreshing IPA.

Bottle. Pours golden-orange and slightly fuzzy with a nice lasting, whiteish head. Aroma is nicely floral, hoppy and citric. On firm, biscuity, slightly sweet malt base lies a delicious, bitter hoppiness tingling your tongue bitterly. Aftertaste could’ve been longer. However, this is a hoppy, solid IPA.

Bottle Pours a hazy golden with a nice light tan head. The head lasts nicely. Has a good hoppy aroma of citrus and a hint of honey malts. Has a good carbination, and a solid mouthfeel. Has a medium body. A real nice hoppy flavor and is blended very well. Has an oily texture. A nice bitter finish. This is a solid IPA.
