Commercial Description:
Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

Bottle Pours a hazy golden with a nice light tan head. The head lasts nicely. Has a good hoppy aroma of citrus and a hint of honey malts. Has a good carbination, and a solid mouthfeel. Has a medium body. A real nice hoppy flavor and is blended very well. Has an oily texture. A nice bitter finish. This is a solid IPA.

21.03.2009, 12 fl. oz. The colour is golden and the beer is a little hazy. Head is off-white. Aroma is citrus an hops. Aromatic hops totaly dominates the flavour. The beer is strong and I like it better the more I drink. I think the bitter hops makes this a very nice IPA.

Location: Picked up a 12 oz. bottle at Gilly’s, drank it 3/16/09

Aroma: Some citrus, honey, floral, hoppy
Appearance: Cloudy, dark orange color, thumb-width, off-white head
Flavor: Strong hop start, with some sweet/malty undertones, and more hops on the finish
Palate: Nice mouthfeel, good light-medium body
Overall Impression: This one is a pretty nice IPA, with a nice bite and a just enough sweetness to give it some complexity.

Pours a dark amber with a thin sticky off white head. Aroma is surprisingly weak, pine and resiney hops are mainly it. The flavour is a big hoppy punch in the face, a little honey malty sweetness on the edges of the tongue, and then more citrus grapefruit hops flavour, finishes on a sweet and sour note. Sticky on the tongue. Pretty flipping tasty.

12 oz bottle. Pours orange with a smooth beige head. Smells of pine, spruce grapefruit, and oat. Tastes of sweet malted grain, some pine, slight citrus, and some hay. Nice smooth body, but slightly thin aftertaste and wild hop flavor, not that it is bad. Pretty decent stuff.

There’s hops here. A hazy IPA cloudiness which is beautiful. Balanced flavor, not overbearing. Stays with me, I like it. High quality IPA.

12oz bottle. Really tasty beer that hits the spot with lots of hoppy goodness. If you like hops you should check this one out.

Orange IPA color. WHoa; picked up at Bruisin Ales in North Carolina. Almost transparent. Nice malt sweetness with a dominating hop aroma. As many of you have said this is not that aromatic. Smells like a refreshing beer. For the first time I can really taste the grassy flavors. The hops are noticeable, but they aren’t the dominating factor. Hops are weak, except for the bittering hops. The bittering hop is the best part of the beer. From the aroma, I thought I was going to taste a very malty IPA, but that is not the case. A grassy IPA with a great bittering hop.
