Commercial Description:
Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

On tap at Stone. Smell is smoother and sweeter than the doubles. The head is sticky sticky. It has a nice sharp bite and a clean, fun piny background. It has a good sharp bitter to it. Taste goes smooth and sweet like the aroma.

(Bottle). Hoppy somewhat floral aroma. Orange amber body, creamy head. Flavor is very interestingly blended....plenty of hops, but the malt is apparent as well. Not as citrusy as some. The finish is bitingly bitter, but not unpleasant.

A beautiful deep amber body is topped by a persistent laced tan head, the aroma is joyously hoppy and springlike, with a hops taste that does not aoverpower the malt notes. A nice crisp finish.
