Commercial Description:
Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

Bottle. Poured hazy amber with creamy white head. Faint floral aroma. Full hoppy flavour with malty edges, notes of pine. Lingering finish. This is not a hugely hopped IPA.

Pours a very slightly fogged amber. Minimal creme head. Nose is thick and strong piney hops. Flavor is malty, but lacks any firm character to it. No style. No grace. Thick liquid feel. Good carbonation. Overall a good brew. Just doesn’t have any pizzazz.

clear dark amber with big sticky head. beautiful looking beer. smells very nice. The flavor is very well rounded, speaking from an IPA lovers standpoint. Nothing really stand out about this beer other than it is done very well. I can’t really see anything wrong with this one. very nice beer.

Clear copper color with 2 in head which dissapates after about 5 minutes. Very nice lacing. Aroma is spicy hops hint of orange/grapefruit. Flavor wrangles the tongue with a hop explosion. Great malty backbone to balance the incredible hops. Chewy palate which bodes well with the style of a great ipa. Really nice hoppy ipa. Need to have this more often.

This brew poured deep orange with medium head. It smelled of rich hops and tasted like grapefruit juice. The bitterness of the hops stuck around for just a couple of seconds at the finish. An excellent IPA.

dark copper pour from the tap topped with a fluffy white head. aroma is full of candied grapefruit, bubble gum and caramel. the flavor is grassy and citric as the aromatic hops make their presence known. nice dry almost bitter finish and aftertaste. medium body and texture... pretty average from the bottle but the draft seems to wake her up...

Poured a copper color. Very hoppy, but not too much so that the beer is too bitter. Hits the palate hard in the beginning, but smooths out towards the end. Great citrus taste, that starts out bitter, but ends sweet

Yes indeed, a great hoppy beer. One of the better IPA’s you can find. I love Anderson Valley
