Commercial Description:
Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

Got hops? Full bodied hoppy front to back. Malty, hoppy aroma with amber colour. Some notes of citrus.

Pours a fairly deep amber color. Head is nice, pillowy, and long lasting. Nose is lots of grapefruit hops, pine, toffee, and just a hint of alcohol. Very nicely hopped, and well-balanced. My only criticism is that the malt is rather bland. I love those hops though!

(Bottle) Pours an amber color with a small white head. Lots of hops, with some pine notes in here as well. Full body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. A pretty good IPA; I’d drink it again.

First time trying this brew that I ahve seen around a lot. Very very good, hoppy brew. Has a little darker color than expected, but a good color. Smell is very hoppy as is the initial taste. Has a strong hop presence that stays with you. The smooth hoppy after taste is very good.
