Commercial Description:
Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

great hop aroma. pours a reddish amber with a big offwhite head. lots of pine in the flavor and finish. the finish lasts forever. sort of thin bodied for an IPA but that’;s not so bad in my book. malty and chewy, lots of balance in this one while still having big hops. it’s missing something to make it truly special, but it is some good stuff.

(bottle) medium amber. small off white head with a little lace. Pine/grass hops aroma. Flavor is floral/pine hops countered by a significant malt backbone. Hops finish.

Bottle. Pours an average cheddar orange with a nice head and lacing. Aroma of grapefruit and strawberry; the sweet offset takes away from the nose, in my opinion. Flavor of grapefruit, pine, and slight lemon/lime makes up for its aromatic shortcomings. Mouthfeel is a bit thin; I’d like a little more syrupy feel to it. Overall, a great IPA that’s worth a second glance.

12 oz. bottle- color of light mahogany , with a medium off white head - nose of piney hopps , cannabis (non-skunky) , and spruce – taste of resin , light citrus , floral hopps , bitter hopps , and earthy - body medium body, and medium carbonation – aftertaste of hopps and thick lingering

Poured a nice amber color with big head and good lacing. Aroma was very enjoyable, grapefruit and other citrus flavors (orange). Flavor was of orange and grapfruits some floral hops didn’t have the greatest malt backbone. Good but not amazing.

Pours a nice golden orange with a white, fluffy, mid-sized head that lingers for a while. Aroma is big on citrus and hops. Also evergreen and slight hay. Flavor starts with hay and moves to full on hops, though it’s not as bitter as I had expected. Finish is bitter, though. Mouth is smooth, maybe a little under-carbonated. A solid IPA, but not outstanding. I would have liked a more complex flavor.
