Commercial Description:
Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

Bottle from Sun Devil. Might have been old, but this brought it weak. Pours nice enough -- bright copper with a frothy off-white head. Smells mildly of hops with a little pineapple. Tastes of hops, flour, and underripe citrus. Would love to give this a better shake on tap.

12oz bottle into a pint glass. There wasn’t much hoppage in this, so I’m wondering if the bottle I got was too old or something.

Bottle. A dark amber coloured pour with a nice head on top. Aroma of hops, pine and malts. Big hop blast, fruity, citrus taste. Top notch IPA.

Bottled. Big ole orange to white head. Darker amber colored. a cascade of flowery aromas with hoppy note of grapefruit with maltier smells of caramel. flavors make a difficult to interpret body that strikes your tongue with lots of big hops. a very hopped out IPA

Bottle thanks to Ballewblake. Taste is caramelized fruits, and citrus, and burnt sunflower seeds. High carbonation. Not bad at all.

Bottle courtesy of Ballewblake. Light orange color. Sweet hop profile. Has some bitter notes but feels mostly balanced. Smooth taste. Gentle hops on the upfront flavor. Dries out slightly on the finish. Not bad, easy going that travels at your own pace.

This is the beer that turned me into a hophead many years ago...Pours a hazy amber with a nice thick head and good lacing. Aroma of grass, grapefruit and orange. Citrus hops in the flavor with a slightly metalic note. Nice bitter finish. Not quite as good as I remember it to be, but still a very nice IPA.

(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, on 2009-07-28) Deep amber and clear. Dense, medium sized and white head. Hops and malts in aroma. Medium bodied and dry palate with medium carbonation. Strongly malts, hops, lightly sweetness, grass and bitterness in taste. Malty and bitter aftertaste. Ok but boring.
