Commercial Description:
Hop-Heads, your dreams have come true! Hop Ottin' is Boontling for "hardworking hops," and they're surely hard at work in this brew. Hop Ottin' starts with a strong floral aroma, which winds into a deep and complex body. In an intriguing balance, honey-drenched malts coat rich hop undertones. At length, the hops prevail, with a satisfyingly crisp finish. Hop Ottin' bites like a cankicky bluetail (Hop Ottin' bites like a rattlesnake looking for a fight.)

An amber beer with a huge orange head. The aroma is dusty hoppy as well as slightly flowery. The flavor is sweet malty and rather hoppy. OK.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Pours a clear, warm, amber with a creamy, off-white head leaving a discreet lacing. Fantastic aroma of pine and citrus. Medium body with lightly sweet caramel malt that is quickly overpowered by distincly bitter aroma hops with some citric notes as well. It starts pretty promising, but somehow fails to deliver. 280307

All dressed up with nowhere to go. Typical for this brewery, it’s good technically, but has absolutely no style.
