22oz bottle. Floral and citric aroma. Lightly bitter and spicy hops over a light and crisp body that has just a little bready sweetness. A little too carbonated for my taste, but not overly distracting. Easy drinking pale, but not really my style with the simpler malt profile.

Slight floral and pine aroma, and pours a slightly hazy orange with a full, long laster white head. They decided not to hit you over the head with hops, with the flavor being a strong piney and little grapefruit in the background. Actually goes down reasonable smoothly for all that going on. some people might find the taste muted, but I prefer to say it’s well balanced. Worked for me.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a thick white head. The aroma is really light; some malt and hops. The taste is your basic PA, but with some nice pine/hops. Fizzy and a little bit bitter. Overall, missing a stand out flavor. OK.

I agree with last reviewer with the character of the aroma and flavor and palate. I dont’ agree that carbonation was distracting and I don’t detect this ’dustyness’ he speaks of but, JoeMcPhee is right. It’s not a bad beer, in fact, it’s a good beer.

Tap at d.b.a. Hazy golden-orange beer. Aroma is lightly lemony with a soft orange and bready sweet malt aroma. A little bit honeyish with a soft earthiness. Lightly floral yeastiness as well. A dusty and fairly carbonic character that is a bit distracting, but overall it’s not a bad beer.

Bottle - Sweet honey fruity aroma. Golden colored beer. It’s a good beer, but something seems off. Carbonation level is good, but there is an odd bite. The flavor is fruity and bitter and not holding together well. I like the beer, but know this brewer can do better.

clear gold, light head. fruity esters of orange and apple. flat grain mouthfeel and skunky acrid bitter finish. maybe this beer turned.

Dec. 2006 - I guess if it weren’t for boring beers, we wouldn’t know the special ones when we drank them. This beer seemed muted...flavor was weak and not crisp or hoppy in any way. Typical citrusy/pine flavors. Thin mouthfeel. Oh well.
