12 oz bottle. Poured a clear golden orange color. Head was white and reduced to a thin lasting film. Smelled of light flowery hops and malty caramel with a whiff of soy sauce. Dry on the tongue. Flavor was of biscuity malt and subdued apricot. So so.

yellow color on the pour, transparent with a thin and somewhat disappointing head. Slightly hoppy aroma, mostly lighter malts and pepper. Just your average pale ale flavor, with the background citrus and bitter finish, but very subdued dry alcohol end. Good thirst quencher, nothing special by any means.

tap- did not care for this at all, which is surprising considering I like their other beers. Yellow in color, white head, aroma is slightly spicy, smells and tastes of alcohol and tannins, weird veggie taste as well. Not good.

Comments: A beer for the long-run, rather basic, though certainly serving its purpose.

12 oz. bottle- color of light yellow , with a off white head - nose of spruce , hops , resin , slight malts , and sour grass – taste of malt , hops , citrus , and spruce - body is medium dry , crisp , and with medium high carbonation – aftertaste is a nice balance of malt and hops , and some citrus notes

My Bottom Line:
The quenching citrus fruit character and spicy, resinous hop finish of this very drinkable American Pale Ale unite in a comfortable body lifted by smooth carbonation.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam tops the hazy golden amber.
-Sandy, wooden notes come from the expressive hops.
-Carbonation and maltiness combine to create a creamy, relaxed mouthfeel.
-The overall flavor profile is rather well balanced.
-Malts provide more body than flavor, but do manage to draw delicate toffee and straw impressions on the tongue.

Bottle; no date.

on tap at brewery: nice fresh hop nose, slightly grassy. Pale gold-amber color, tall creamy head. Light citrusy malt, tight dry bitter in the back of the mouth. Concentrated hop taste but not overpowering. Crisp, clean, excellent PA:

(Bottle) Pours a hazy orange body with a large rocky off-white head. Aroma of mustiness, floral, and citrus. Flavor of floral hops with a light bitter finish.
