Light aroma of floral, citrus and malt. Burnished brass color with an active white head. Starts citrusy, adds some light malt, and finishes with light citrus hop. Finishes dryish. Medium mouthfeel. This is not so strongly flavored compared to an IPA or many APAs, but it has lots of flavor.

This was my second beer at Capital Ale house . The North Coast Seal Ale was good but this mild pale ale was also speciial. The honey color APA was light to medium body. The hops were present but was very balanced. It is very nice APA but a little too mild. The aftertaste was pleasant.

From Northcoast Coop in Eureka, CA on my latest buying spree. !2 oz bottle poured golden with slight haze and left a nice big white head that left decent lacing. Big nose of hop and malts, with a touch of citrus and flowers. Smooth and clean mouthfeel. Slightly bitter finish rounds this out to be a really good APA.

Pours a pale golden color but I must say that this was quite quaffable for a PA. A nice touch of hops and what seemed to be a non-bitter lemony refreshy kindy thing that was very nice for a Pale Ale.

Bottle. Hazy gold color, weak aroma of citrus. Taste is of grapefruit, apples, very slight hop dry bitterness at the finish. Good beer to buy for a party or to drink with macro friends.

Hazy, honey color, with a slightly off-white head. Nice froth left on the sides of the glass after each sip (or gulp). Light citrus aroma and overall flavor, but there is a very noticeable, and pleasant, bitterness that develops in the end. Carbonation is good. Highly drinkable/refreshing. I like this one, and now I’m eager to try others from this brewer.

Not a fan. Very bitter for a pale ale. No flavor at all. It’s intial aroma was nice and it was just an empty promise. Won’t buy this one again.

Bottle. A drinkable IPA. Yellow color with a medium head. Not much of an aroma, bit of floral. The taste is a bit hoppy, with a hint of fruit.
