Pours gold with nice white head. Flavor is piney, grapefruity hops. Slightly watery, finished very dry. Not my thing.

Detected a decent floral aroma. Gold color body with good white head and lacing. Flavor of mild citrus and somewhat watery. The beer was cool and crisp and a good palate cleaner for dinner.

12oz bottle. Sticky white film for a head. Aroma of Mt. Hood??? Some hope spice is the main component, then some doughy, floury malt...reminds me of a good lafer aroma. Drinks w/ a bit of melon and well-done toast. Nice body w/ plenty of malt and a good dose of hop spice--which seems to hint noble to me. Winds up terrifficly hoppy at the end. An expensive, but delecious beer. Seems like a hopped-up kolsch.

Bottle. Small white head, pale orange color with slight haze. A tinge of citrus and hops in aroma with a small malt smell. Flavor is moderately hoppy up front and has a slightly astringent finish.

Pretty good. Poured golden with a thick white head. Aroma reminded me of Anchor Liberty a lot. Citrus, graitfruit, and other dried fruits were in the aroma. Taste had a bit of a funky maltiness. I liked it though. Pretty refreshing.

08.03.05 Tap at JP MacGrady’s. Golden pour with thick white head, lasting film. Cereal aroma plus dried fruits, peaches. Wow, this stuff was lemon pithy and unusual. Lingering pepper and spice on finish. Would be great with steak.
