Bottle from Sam’s. Pours bright hazy golden with eggy white head and nice lacing. Looks bottle conditioned. Hops mild on the nose; more honey, sweet malts, some sweet bread, canned peaches. Bit of grain/cereal. Light drinker. Seems like it would work well on a hot summer day with food.

Pours a light amber with gold highlights and a 2 finger creamy eggshell head that has great retention and leaves decent lacing. Aroma is citrus and herbal hops, honey, light caramel, and grass. Flavor is caramel, biscuit, grass, skunk, straw and a light bitter hop finish. Palate is light with a slightly creamy entry, but turns dry the rest of the way out. O.k. stuff, probably won’t buy again though, pretty boring.

Bottle. Gold pour. white head. Skunky hops, weak malt aroma follwed by a damn nasty bitter finish. Overrated? Yes. Nasty? You bet. Damn.

Bronze with thick airy foam head. Highly bitter hop aroma with hints of malt and some skunkiness. Mildly hopped flavor with decent bitterness and metallic bitter finish. An APA strongly emphasising the bittering aspect.

Sample glass from the brewery tap. Pours light clear golden. Medium amount of aroma hops noticable in the nose. Generous amount of bittering hops obvious in the flavor and palate. Overall an enjoyable pale.

12oz can. Initial burst of hops on popping the can. The body is super clear and a golden orange hue. It’s almost luminous. Pours with a thin soapy head the falls off. After pour, a malt base is evident. Flavor is lightly sweet, and kind of skunky bitter which really throws off a lot of the balance.
