Jul 22, 2009 Updated: Jul 25, 2009From tap at Pizza Port in Solana Beach. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is crisp hoppy and distinct fruity. Light sweet and quite frity flavoured, distinct hoppy flavours and bitterness taking over into the finish. Ends dry and fruity into the far finish.7-3-7-3-14=3.4
12 fl oz bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a thick, slight yellowish and frothy head. Dry malt aroma, light toasted note. Mild citrusy hops flavoured, very elegant and crips. Smooth and light malt base. Medium to light bitter finish with a mild malt base. Elegant.7-4-7-4-15=3.7

Oct 12, 2004 Bottled. Golden colour, creamy head. Appley nose with some grass. Sweet with light body and lightly rounded mouthfeel. Lightly orangey finish with medium bitterness. I am getting increasingly underwhelmed by Anderson Valley’s products, which I used to love. This beer I both could, and intend to, live without in the future.

Aug 7, 2006 Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized fluffy head. Flowery hops, caramel and fruits in aroma. Strong grassy hoppy flavour with dry hay in finish. Strong hayish hoppy aftertaste. Too much hops for me... Mouthdrying.
