Commercial Description:
Our Raspberry Wheat Beer is a delightfully tart and fruity ale with a dry raspberry flavor that is never cloying. Made with pale malt barley and wheat, to give it just the right touch of maltiness, enhance the fruit's crisp, tangy flavor and scent, and highlight its translucent pink hue. Raspberry Wheat Beer uses only real, natural, pureed raspberries, no syrups, concentrates, or artificial anything. This surprising ale is very popular with wine lovers, and many domestic pilsner drinkers, as well as fans of flavored beers. It is delicious alone, or as a cocktail or aperitif, and with any form of chocolate or fruited desert. IBU: 4.7

Tap @ The Buckhorn Saloon in Boonville, CA. Cooper color with a laced tan head. A robust raspberry aroma with some malts. Lots of carbonation and clear weizen character.

Exceptional as ’fruit’ beer goes, but still not something I would drink but occasionally. Organic brewing makes it clean and crisp, Not overly sweet, but the aroma of the fruit quite evident. Some hop spicyness at the finish.
