Malty vanilla aromas roll off the top with toasted quiet malty characters. Smoothed fruits, applesauce, even a little root beer/cream soda types of flavors. Slightly watery palate. Quenching and drinkable. beerbobWFM (17), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

Light vanilla- malt aroma. Stick to the glass light tan head. Deep amber hue with an initial caramel- maple on toast taste. Subtle hop presence at best. Very drinkably creamy thoughout. Surprised me. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Jun 20, 2008 Copper pour with off-white thick head that dissipated fairly quickly. There is a little malt and spice in the faint aroma. Starts out a little sweet with some vanilla but kind of ends up with sour fruit. The aftertaste isn’t too pleasing, but it is just about perfect on the palate for a cream ale. I originally remember really liking this but the past few times haven’t done it for me. I had a Genny Cream before this one and actually liked it better; maybe I’m crazy today.
