Commercial Description:
This copper colored ale is a silky, creamy dream. It’s malty, very mildly hopped, and lightly sweet, with a delicate hint of spice for that oh-so-drinkable, extra velvety flavor. A cool beer for the heat, whatever your latitude!

Bottle - orange copper pour with minimal head. Vanilla with some fruit spice, caramel malt pallet and mild. Rather off sweet after taste so, eh Ok.

Orange pour, no head. Malty vanilla aromas roll off the top with toasted quiet malty characters. Smoothed fruits, applesauce, even a little root beer/cream soda types of flavors. Slightly watery palate. Quenching and drinkable.

This is a good session beer for the summer time, nice copper color great head. It has a good biscuty aroma lots of vanilla. The flavor was very cream soda like with hints of toasty bread, good body for a summer beer. Nice and drinkable. If you aresick of wit beers and flavored hefes for summer beers try this one.

Proof that a summer solstice doesn’t have to be a wit or a citrusy wheat clone. Light vanilla- malt aroma. Stick to the glass light tan head. Deep amber hue with an initial caramel- maple on toast taste. Subtle hop presence at best. Very drinkably creamy thoughout. Surprised me. By bottle at Lunar Brewing.

Bottle... Poured dark amber with a huge beige head. Big malt aroma. Flavors of buttery sweet malt and nutty, vanilla and caramel cream notes as well. Pretty tasty and a good thirst quencher.

Copper pour with off-white thick head that dissipated fairly quickly. There is a little malt and spice in the faint aroma. Starts out a little sweet with some vanilla but kind of ends up with sour fruit. The aftertaste isn’t too pleasing, but it is just about perfect on the palate for a cream ale. I originally remember really liking this but the past few times haven’t done it for me. I had a Genny Cream before this one and actually liked it better; maybe I’m crazy today.
