Commercial Description:
This copper colored ale is a silky, creamy dream. It’s malty, very mildly hopped, and lightly sweet, with a delicate hint of spice for that oh-so-drinkable, extra velvety flavor. A cool beer for the heat, whatever your latitude!

Pours light amber, small white head, no lacing. Aroma is sweet, cream-soda like. The taste is sweet at first, then moves through a variety of flavors, from cola to citrus to a buttery creaminess to sarsparilla. I really enjoyed this, as I do every year.

Pours hazy caramel colored with an eggshell colored head. Aroma is dusty hops with some lactic sour notes and grainy malts. The flavor is light and watery with a slight smooth sweetness of nuts and vanilla. Bread crust hop finish.

Bottle [12oz]. Pours an almost clear bubbly amber-copper with an average size frothy off-white head. Mild aroma of caramel malt, some nuts, mild vanilla and very light green hops. Flavour of caramel malt, light tart fruit, vanilla and a hint of nuts. Average bodied. As far as Cream Ales go it’s pretty good, as a beer it’s just O.K.

A hazed reddish amber ale with a thick creamy light moka head. A rather smooth aroma of vanilla cream and light peated notes. In mouth, a smooth and lightly cloying malt, vanilla/Bailey’s overtones, light cardboard....not my thing.

Pours dark golden to copper with a fully receding off-white head. Notes of phenolic spice, cinnamon, caramel, brown sugar. Medium bodied and slightly sticky with soft carbonation. Seemed a bit messy to me, under-attenuated for a summer beer and the spices weren’t working for me.

Very thirst-quenching, nice head. I like a good cream ale and this works well enough. More biscuity than wheaty, which I liked. That said, the lack of any real bitterness or hop character leave a less than beer-like impression.

Pours hazy copper color with thin off white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of sweet bread. Caramel and bread dough flavors with a slightly medicinal aftertaste. Medium body with soft carbonation.

Copper. Off white head. Very biscuity, bready malt and a vanilla-like sweetness with just a touch of bitterness on the end. Nice malty feel, just not my thing. Medium to medium/light body, moderate carbonation. Drinkable summer brew that is a nice change of pace from all the wheats.
