Jan 17, 2008 Bomber pours clear amber with nice off with to tan head. Full aroma of plums, cherries, spice, a hint of roasted malts and powdered sugar. The taste is nice, rich and thick. Just what I was hoping for. I get cherries, sugar coated plums, boysenberries, pomegranates and mild spice. Midway the roastiness shows up creating a real nice mix of flavors. Great winter sort of low ABV beer that works well. At the end a pale toffee maltiness takes over the flavor to help close on the experience. Yum.

Jan 16, 2008 Aroma was well spiced and fruity. Pours an amber red with a well defined off-white head. Flavor was less spicy than the aroma, but more fruited, with hints of plums and vanilla. Medium mouth feel makes this beer drinkable enough to consider a second bottle.

Jan 12, 2008 The aroma was slightly spicey and loaded with dark fruit and malts. The beer poured a hazy dark amber color with slight head and no lacing. The flavor was lightly spiced with hints of caramel and molasses, dark fruit, and vanilla. The mouthfeel was medium bodied and nicely carbonated.

Jan 10, 2008 Dark amber with small head. Aroma is light spice and sweet malt. Taste is a wonderful tone of sweet caramel mixed with vanilla that seems to melt in your mouth. Spicy finish with minimal bitternes. A bit of alcohol burn isn’t out of place. Absolutely fantastic with my beef stew this evening. Well done.

Jan 9, 2008 aroma of some type of spice. Poured light brown in color. Tastes of cream, rootbeer/cream soda. A tad thin. This was different and better than i expected.

Jan 3, 2008 Pours an amber red with a think white head. Has a sweet aroma a little citrusy and some vanilla cream. its delicious. Flavor is creamy, with slight spice and orange peels. The finish has a very light crisp bite. Very refreshing.
