Mar 12, 2009 (Bottled) Hazy golden with a medium head. Aroma of sweet, grainy malt, and hints of honey. Flavor is also quite sweet and grainy, with pale malt, cardboard hints, and mild bitterness. Medium body with quite high, slightly fizzy carbonation. A pronouncedly grainy, sweetish blonde. Despite the same ABV, I don’t think the recipe is the same as in Petrus Blonde (which had the distinctive sourness) or Boeteling Blond (which I sampled earlier today, and had the grassy hops).
