Commercial Description:
Cask, Regular;<br /> “Light ale with fresh taste and citrus aroma” Named after a fishing fly used for luring trout, this blonde ale has a refreshing pallette due to the use of high quality pale ale malt. By blending differnet hops at various stages of the brewing process we have been able to produce a citrus aroma with a balanced bitterness.

Cask @ Woking Beer Festival 2009. Pours a golden colour with a good citrus aroma. The taste is all hops and lots of fruit.

Cask (Guide Dog, Southampton) - Gold/amber in colour. Slightly fruity aroma with hints of grapefruit. Nicely balanced, hoppy and malty taste with hops, grapefruit and tea detected.

Cask a the Monks Retreat (JDW), Reading. Amber with a thin off-white head; grainy aroma; grainy flavour with slightly sour malts; grassy bitter finish. Rather ordinary, but a pleasant session beer.

Cask conditioned at The Anchor, Birmingham. Pale gold with white head. As KnutAlbert says, a good session beer, eggy, sulphery notes, quite fruity and rounded and really fairly tasty. I liked it.

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear 2008. Smooth, drinkable, but there is nothing extra here to make it truly fine. A good session beer.
