Bottle, Brussels, May 2005. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is hazy medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly yeasty (mold), with notes of plastic and alcohol. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately acidic, heavily bitter, husky. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, moderately alcoholic.

Hazy golden colored, frothy snow white head. Herb, yeast and citrus in the aroma. Sweet and sticky flavor of fruit and yeast with some alcohol present. Not a beer for me.

A hazy orange beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is sweet spicy combined with notes of caramel, the flavor is primarily sweet and spicy. Nice but still middle of the road. Thanks to Carlo (Lachesis) for this one.

(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, pale golden with a creamy, white head that leaves laces. Slightly floral, hoppy nose. Malt, yeast, some sugar and then nothing much more really. Typical semi-boring blond ale. 270705
