Jul 31, 2005 A hazy orange beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is sweet spicy combined with notes of caramel, the flavor is primarily sweet and spicy. Nice but still middle of the road. Thanks to Carlo (Lachesis) for this one.

Nov 13, 2009 33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yelloe with a huge white head. Aroma is mild phenolic and slight spiced. Sweet caramelish flavoured with a nice fruity yeasty note. Sweet fruity flavoured into a medium dry phenolic finish.

Jul 21, 2007 Bottled. Yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is yeasty, fruity and slightly metallic. Also some alcohol. Flavour is yeast, toffee, fruits and some alcohol. Not very exciting, but still drinkable and quite clean.

Sep 2, 2008 Bottle. Blonde, hazy. Hints of yeast and poire williams in the aroma. Alcoholic flavor, slightly yeasty with apple and poire williams notes. Fairly well made Duvel clone.

Jun 10, 2009 (33cl bottle, BB 02.04.11) Pours a clear golden body with a tall aggressive off-white head. Aroma of yeast, light grain, grass, floral, pepper, and some candi sugar. Flavor of yeast, light coriander, candi sugar, and some citrus. An attempt to clone Duvel.
