Cheap Bomber. Pours with a skimp off-white head over a hazed deepish orange body that is way to light for the style. Fading head, no lace. Aroma of straw, husk, grain, honey, light banana ester, metal and leather. Taste is vegital and pretty nasty, metallic, cloying and spicy. A bit of oxidation, but this is not an old bottle. Some candi and clove, with rotting fruit. So many off, flavors its hard to believe. I have heard this brewer is a very talented homebrewer, but this is not good stuff in any way shape or form. Drain pour. Thin and dry.

Pours a brown amber color. Smells of grains and high alcohol. Tastes of sweet fruits and mild sourness. Overall, a decent strong ale.

Blind tasting at Papsø’s
Cloudy red-amber color. Mild aroma, some wood, plumcake, late lemon and vegetables. Sweet and sour flavor, with light fruits, quite confusing, even if not bad.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is oxidized combined with notes of malt and fruit. The flavor is slightly acidic with notes of malt and fruit, leading to a lightly tart finish.

From bottle, blind #40. Pours hazy dark orange with a small and collapsing white head. Dense overripe fruity aroma, dense barley malt too. Light acidic and citric bitter flavoured. Dense fruity and abricot flavoured with a note of prunes and mild spiced notes from coriander. Nice infection. Smooth and overripe fruity finish with a light acidity.
