Pours with a skimp off-white head over a hazed deepish orange body that is way to light for the style. Fading head, no lace. Aroma of straw, husk, grain, honey, light banana ester, metal and leather. Taste is vegital and pretty nasty, metallic, cloying and spicy. A bit of oxidation, but this is not an old bottle. Some candi and clove, with rotting fruit. So many off, flavors its hard to believe. I have heard this brewer is a very talented homebrewer, but this is not good stuff in any way shape or form. Drain pour. Thin and dry. Barreras (127), Diamond Bar, California, USA
