Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is oxidized combined with notes of malt and fruit. The flavor is slightly acidic with notes of malt and fruit, leading to a lightly tart finish.

From bottle, blind #40. Pours hazy dark orange with a small and collapsing white head. Dense overripe fruity aroma, dense barley malt too. Light acidic and citric bitter flavoured. Dense fruity and abricot flavoured with a note of prunes and mild spiced notes from coriander. Nice infection. Smooth and overripe fruity finish with a light acidity.

Clear medium to dark amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy vitage malt, berry - fruity, overriped friut, woody. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090612]

Blind tasting at Papsø’s
Cloudy red-amber color. Mild aroma, some wood, plumcake, late lemon and vegetables. Sweet and sour flavor, with light fruits, quite confusing, even if not bad.
