Commercial Description:
Charlie Parker 1920-1955 "Bird", whose incredible alto saxophone virtuosity and pioneering use of advanced tonalities coupled with his blues-drenched hard driving swing, led Parker to invent Bebop and the foundations of modern Jazz. "Bird Lives"

Golden amber color, small white head. Fruity hoppy, a bit caramelly. Birch woody, peach fruity, alcoholic, some sweetness. Not balanced. Harsh.

Bottled@SBWF. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is bready malts, some wood, biscuits and mild notes of herbs. Flavour is wood, grass, some caramel malts, bready malts as well as some pleasant herbal and resiny notes. Dry and rather bitter finish.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Clear deep golden, small coarse head. Fruity with salty resiny hops. Sweetish with clean malt covered in syrup. Honey roled in grass and resin. Rather sharp and primitive.

Sampled from tap. Clear yellow pour, white head. Caramel malt, piney hops, metalic flavor, and floral. It’s okay, I little strong for a pale.

Botltle courtesy of BMan1113VR. Pours copper with a nice white head. Smells of earth, floral. Tastes of sweet pine, resin, some dry malt. Enjoyable.

Tasted at the San Diego International Beer Festival. Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Earthy phenolic aroma. Nice caramel and mild hoppy taste.

A strongly bitter and malty beer. Not quite enough citrus for my liking - more on the harsh bitter finish than the sticky pine. Orange in color. Drinkable because it’s a bigger beer than some of their other offerings.

Clear golden hue with a small white had that is mostly diminishing. Aroma has some yeast, hops, some alcohol, citrus, and old rusty metal in it - weirdly enough. Flavor is of barley, yeast, and a tad alcoholic, but not much. Light mouthfeel with lively carbonation. Not the best beer!
