Jul 14, 2009 On tap. Clear yellow with a small white head. Spicy aroma of hops. Sweet bread and biscuit flavor with a light bitter finish. This is a clean drinking refreshing beer. I could pound 12 of these on the beach on a hot day.

Nov 30, 2008 On Tap at Alpine Village Inn, Torrance. Looked nice as a pour, but it seemed abit dull flavor wise, some breadiness, Malt, no hops to speak of, reminded me more of a Dortmunder, ok, but not my favorite from Angel City.

Mar 19, 2008 Updated: Apr 9, 2008Pours a beautiful golden hue, with a light slightly sweet citrus nose. Mouthfeel is smooth and very crisp. Taste is refreshingly smooth and has a nice touch of toasty malts and spicy hops. This is one of the best lagers I’ve had the pleasure of drinking~ you should write home to your mom

Jan 15, 2008 on tap-pours a retaining white head that laces and yellow color. Aroma is lemon, caramel. Taste is lemon, caramel-light malt, yeast. Mild carbonation.

Jun 12, 2007 Tap @ Alpine Village: Pours a golden color, bright snappy hoppy nose, light malts. The flavor is clean, nice toasty malts, biscuity body and a clean hoppy finish. Crispy, good.
